phorn and internet security

http://www.phorm.com/about i know we all talk about security and try to keep are machines clean. The above company PHORM is targeting our ISP's so they will know where we have been and how to target advertising to ther benifits.
whilst on there site "PHORM" says you can opt out do we believe them or change ISP?
