I am running vista home premium using one admin account and two standard accounts. [/list]
The problem that I am having is with my permissions for my admin account. My problem is that some of my folders will not copy/delete/move. If I try to copy/delete/move them vista will tell me destination folder access denied. Then it prompts me to confirm the operation. I click the little continue/elevate to admin link. Then I give vista permission to elevate the command. Then is pops up a new window saying that I need permission to perform this action but it only gives me the try again or cancel options.
I can however move/delete the files and folders inside the problem folders out of it but then I am left will folders that are empty and can not be deleted.
I have looked at the permission and I am owner and have all but special permissions. That is both to the problem folders and all folders/files inside it.
If it was just one folder I would not care but I have have 15 folders just on my desktop/music/docs that i can't do anything with and I would love to get rid of them. I hope someone can help.
