getting all messages back on my email account

I recently had to send my computer in for repair and i lost everything. Is
there a way to retrieve the email msgs that i had in my email before my
computer quit working. If So HOW?????

You need to give us more details. What broke on that computer?
Was the computer repaired successfully? If so, did the shop reinstall
Windows on that repaired computer?
If it could not be repaired, do you have the old hard drive?
Is your email account a POP3 type? Have you checked its webmail access
to see if any of the old messages are still there?

Search for *.eml and include hidden files and folders in the search
parameters.

Yes i was using Windows mail before. The Motherboard had to be replaced, n
the shop reistalled Windows. it is a POP3 account

Did the shop back-up your data (e.g., a bunch of EML files)?

If there are any messages in your inbox on your account's webmail page, you
can download them into Windows Mail now.

If the shop reinstalled Windows on the same hard drive without backing
it up first, about the only hope is that Windows put the old data files
in a folder named Windows.old. Look for it and let us know if it is present.
