Read the top portion at this link, and do the "Stuck Outbox" section
for Steve Cochran's WMUtil program. It will remove it for you.

m/essages. I went to view but there was no "layout" option. Any other

To see the correct View command, you must be In the main screen of
Windows Mail, not the message compose screen.

Highlight the message you want to delete. Then Go to "File" (I think that's
where I did it) and mark the message as "unread". You will then be able to
delete it.

Sorry, highlight the message, go to "edit" and mark the message as "unread".
Then you can delete it.
