Help!

I've been trying ever since August to install KB938194 for my Vista X86, and I couldn't find any help while Googling either.

I tried renaming/deleting those 2 folders which had the downloaded updates on - and restarted my PC; and downloading the update on it's own from Support.Microsoft, but nothing seems to have worked and I don't know why Sad

Please can you help me, I need this to update my graphics driver
