import folder into outlook 2003 form vista mail export

Hi,

I got totally frustrated with Vista Outlook. They changed the interface too much. Before I installed old old Offices /Outlook 2003 I exported my mail to a folder.

After I installed Office 2003, I found there was no folder import listed. Is there a fix or add-on for this? I do not want to loose this email how do I import it?
