I downloaded itunes for vista 64-bits, and when I`m trying to install it
an error saying '-itunes64Setup.exe is not a valid Win32 application-'
appears.

Is there a solution for this? please help!

Sounds as if the download got corrupted. Delete it and download a fresh
copy and try again.

I did reinstall it. It did install this time, although when I try to
open it it says -'The file "itunes Library.itl" cannot be read because
it was created by a newer version of itunes.' -
I trying restoring it, but that sign still comes out.
How can I get rid of it?
