Had same problem and found the files here

C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Virtualized\C\Users\"username"\documents ( or whichever file you first tried to save to )
Where user name is the name of the account you were logged into when you downloaded the file

Vista seems to auto save all .exe files to here for some securtity reason.
Make sure you have "view hidden files "checked in the apperance and personalisation settings in control panel or you won't be able to find appdata folder as it is a hidden file. Also note that this is a temp file so it may have been deleted since you first downloaded the file Ie. you may have to download the file again.
Bit tired writing this so sorry if it is not very clear, any problems just ask and ill write it out again when i'm a bit more awake

It’s very sad happening to you. I am sorry for that. health insurance quotes Can you tell me to where have you downloaded the file? At Desktop or at a drive? It may be an error because of user accounts in your PC so tell me how many users you have on your PC? work at home Please tell me these things then I will help you. Thanks..
