i just bought a packrd bell computer from pc world , on the 19th of july. The dvd drive has an exclimation mark
on it a dont know y this is the second time it has happend and am anoyed at it because its a brand new computer the first time it was norton 360 that messed it up. i have tried to update the driver but that dosnt seem to work all it says is ur driver is currently up to date. It says when i open the driver this hardware is currupted or missing
