drivers for an HP Scanjet 2200c scanner

Anyone have any idea how to get this working? DO I just have to wait for HP
to release vista drivers? Any chance I could trick it into using the XP
drivers for the scanner??

HP might comew oout with drivers but I would not hold my breath. You can
download "VueScan" here:http://www.hamrick.com/ and it will work. I use it
for an HP5370C which I spent countless hours trying to get to work. VueScan
works well and has a bit more features to it than the buggy HP software did.

Thank you for the advice!,
I succeeded my HP scanjet 2100 C to work with vuescan in vista RC2!
It is strange once the driver is installed, and in device manager is shown
normal, in fax and scan, the 2100 isn't found. But in vuescan everything
works fine, and that's most important!!
