convert .mov to .wmv

I have some videos that I took with my digital camera. They are in .mov format. I want to put them into widows movie maker on my windows Vista computer along with some pictures so that I can create a move and burn it to dvd. Any suggestions as to what software I can use to convert the .mov to .wmv so I can import them in to movie maker? Something that doesn't ruin the quality of the .mov file?

Take a look at VidCrop. I've been using it a month or so.
