Ok, I screwed up - I want to clone my 105 GB hard drive to a 320 GB HD and put it back into my laptop (upgrade my laptop HD) I attempted to clone the 105 to the 320 GB USB harddrive using clonezilla, and it didn't work. So, I resigned myself to simply use it as an external drive. When I tried it, Vista (home premium) sees the USB drive as unformatted, so when I go to format it it thinks it is a 105 GB hard drive. I can't figure out how to get it to format it as a 320 GB hard drive. Anyone have any ideas? I'd still like to clone it to upgrade my laptop to a larger HD, if anyone knows how to do that (I read one post saying it was not possible because of MS protection.)
