turn on *_base_filtering_engine_*in the services. Usually norton or some
other firewall will turn of this service.

Were you helping the people who needed it in 2006, or those who needed
it in 2007?

Perhaps it's time for MS to ban this clueless forum from slurping the MS
newsgroup feeds ?

The whine about wasted bandwidth worked when 2400 baud modems were the
norm, but it looks kinda foolish these days.

I give up. You're so *right*, Bill. Let's encourage more posts from
techarena that include no references and are at least 3 years old.
