However wonderful and valid your product may be (and we've seen many dodgy
products advertised just as you are doing), advertising it this way isn't
effective, it blurs the distinction between spam and helping, it makes it easier
for spammers to operate, and it encourages more such posts. And it pisses off
the helpers here, the gurus that you are trying to attract. IOW, it helps
nobody, even you.
If you want to advertise your product, spend some time here, answer questions,
and mention your product in your signature. But please don't make unsolicited
advertisements here. That's what spammers do.
