Vista Security breached and whole Vista seems to be Lost....

I am KK from Sap labs. We heard Microsoft propagating a lot about Vista security. Lots of experts have different opinion about Vista some says good some says bad.I was just planning to upgrade from Xp to Vista then i came across a article & got shocked after reading that .The article can be found at http://govindgsr.blogspot.com/

The author seems to be doing crazy things with Vista and Vista simply seems to be totally lost and giving up. He claims & does the following jobs
(1) Login through Run as Administrator.
(2) User with Dual Identity.
(3) Login Invisible Ghost Super User.
(4) Loggs Two users Logged in Same Session.
(5) Loggs Multiple Users Logged in Simultaneously on a Standalone
system.
(6) Dual sign-on of a User(User Logging in Twice without
Logoff/Shutdown).
(7) User with Dual set of Privileges.
( UAC shutdown without any change in security policies.
(9) Dual UAC behavior.

Would like to know from you all experts how come its happening and how come such major issues be left unattended.
