Vista/XP network printer issue

OK I have a Lexmark X6150 connected to an XP Pro machine on my network and it is shared. The user accounts on my XP Pro machine and Vista Home Premium machine are identical. I'm able to successfully add the printer on one of the accounts on my Vista machine and print to the printer over the network, but on another user account on the Vista machine I get no response. The account on both machines that I am attempting to print with is an administrator. I'm able to successfully access shares etc but no printer. Anything that I could be missing or that I should double check?
