I need help getting Vista to recognize Sony VGN-UX280P as Tablet PC or Ultra
Mobile PC after clean install.

Vista Ultimate clean install, wont let me install tablet pc or UMPC
aplications

also, the registry key "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Tablet
PC "is locked.
