Vista DHCP doens't update default gateway

I have a Vista Business machine that uses a Win2k3 DHCP server thru an ISA
gateway (DHCP relay) Usually i get all the DHCP information but sometimes i
don't get the default gateway.

IP address, netmask, DNS servers, Wins Servers, Alternate Routes (option
249)all works.

perhaps http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/933872/en-us ?

(if sometimes = wake from sleep or low power, etc.)
