Well, it just so happens I purchased CS:S about a week ago and still have the box to look at the spec's on.

now, your processor is fine, hard drive is fine, your RAM is fine, so as far as I can tell, the problem could be your Graphics, considering it is an integrated graphics card the only thing I can recommend you do is try to update the latest drivers and restart your pc.

Latest Drivers - http://downloadcenter.intel.com/confirm.aspx?httpDown=http://downloadm...or.inte*%20Home%20Premium,%2032-bit%20version&lang=eng

As you have these integrated graphics from Intel I suspect the driver update will not help.

In future please try to avoid Intel graphics cards because Intel may be one of the leaders in Processor technology doesn't mean they are the best at everything, and graphics is there weak point.

If I do find more information about this I will post here and help.

In future if you plan to buy a game from anywhere try going on www.nzone.com or http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/referrer/srtest and choosing your game to see if you can run the game.

I hope I have helped you.
