Juan,
If it read the Vista DVD on the DVD device it is asking for drivers - I'm
stumped. But if you have two or more DVD's/CD's on the system, disconnect
them and use only one DVD player -or- substitute the DVD device with a
different model as a test.
Can you provide any more info like the model number of the computer if it's
an OEM (Dell, Gateway, etc.) or the model number of the DVD drive in
question?
