I hate this new microsoft program. Excel is now a nightmare to use as is
word. Please stop trying to be like apple and revert back to the product we
all know and use. I dont have zillions of hrs free in my life as it is to
enable me to sit and learn a whole new type of software and its programs. I
am thinking of wiping the vista program and all the 2007 products from my
computer and putting back what i know how to use. Bring back XP it was grt!

If you are reffering to Office 2007, there are a lot of changes yes, but
everything is there that was there before. It does take a little while to
find it sometimes, but the ribbon at the top has everything that you would
find in older versions of Office. However, you just have to know where they
were in the menu. It actually makes things easier to find when you get to
know the software a little bit. It doesn't take hrs to learn, just click on
the different sections in the ribbon and look at what you got there.
Everything is the same, just located to make it easier to get to. Vista on
the other hand does have a ton of new features and I agree that it is a
strong learning curve to learn all the features of it. However, I do
believe that once it gets on its feet and things start getting more
comfortable with Vista, it is going to be a great OS. However, for people
who don't have a lot of time, or people who had a hard enough time learning
XP, it really is rough for Microsoft to keep updating things and making
drastic changes like they have. Vista really has the same capabilities as
XP (and more of course) but you have to know what you are looking for and
where to start. It isn't always easy, but Help and Support Center does a
lot for you if you use the search. The Search in the Start Menu also helps
a lot if you take the time to search for what you want to do. Give them a
try, I think you may start to like it!
