I'm hoping that someone can help me... I have an issue when trying to play Sims 2 Seasons on Vista (had no problems with my XP). I have had to uninstall and reinstall all my Sims 2 EP's about a dozen times over the past six months. I have almost all EP's (University, nightlife, Open For Business, Pets & Seasons). When I recently tried this process all over again, I played the game after each installation of a new EP, and yes I installed them in order of release, and all was good until I installed Seasons. When I installed Seasons, I would get to the neighborhood and when I clicked on my Sims house to enter it, it would be to about the middle of the processing page and then give me this error; "The application has crashed. The application will not terminate." I have done everything that I can think of and read to do to try to get this game to work. This is very frustrating,

[/i]I love Sims 2 and I love Seasons, it seems almost boring to me without Seasons now. Below is the info most people ask for to help solve issues:
Operating System: Windows Vista Home Premium 64 bit
Processor: AMD Athlon 64x2 Dual Core Processor 5600+ (2CPU's), ~2.8GHz
Memory: 2046MB RAM
DirectX Version: DirectX10
Video Card:
Name: NVIDIA
Chip Type: GeForce 7600 GT
Approx. Total Memory: 1016 MB
(YES, my drivers are up to date for my video card).
I would consider myself somewhat tech savvy, we have built our own computer, but we got most of the internal parts needed/desired for Vista, built our computer with OS-XP and all of the Sims 2 EP's and extra stuff worked wonderfully. When we got Vista, I started having this issue. Someone please help me!!
