Resize Pictures

There was a Power Toy for XP that would let you quickly resize pictures with
a right click. Has anyone seen that functionality in Vista? It literately
saved me hours a week. It was an excellent add-on but I think it would be
better suited as an actual feature of Vista. I saw that in one of the
earlier builds that they had put it into the photo gallery features but it be
better if it was also available along with rotate on the right click of
pictures. Photo Gallery is very cumbersome compared to a right click, choose
the size you want, tell it ok, and your done.
