Printer sharing with Windows 7

First off, is there a Windows 7 newsgroup? I must have missed it (not
unusual for me).

I am having trouble sharing a printer between my Vista PC (T500) and
my new Windows 7 install.

On the Win7 PC, I can see and use the printer from an account with
admin authrity, but from an account with User authority, I get an
"Access denied" error when I try to access the printer in the Newtwork
and Sharing center.

If there is a simple how-to somewhere, I'd really appreciate a link.

Not on the MS server, and there likely will not be. However, some news
servers are carrying alt.windows7.general
