My first response reading your post was you got to be kidding. Not
only do you want an advanced contact sheet manager that prints
thumbnails and includes selected metadata you want it printed on
sticky labels besides and oh, don't Photo Gallery do that?
Short answer, heck no, Photo Gallery can't do that. It can print
contact sheets which would be just the thumbnails. Other image viewer
can take it a step or two further and include some metadata, I haven't
found one I like that much. For example XnView sort of does what you
want so can ACDSee and others...sort of.
What you're really looking for is a plug-in for high end graphic
applications like Photoshop. There is a huge after market for Adobe
plug-in products. Of course not much use unless you already have such
an application, then are willing to pay upwards of $120 or more for
the plug-in. If you don't mind, then something like Cacidi offers many
plug-ins.

Getting a product that does all that and prints on labels may be just
wishful thinking. If you or anyone finds such a product let me know.
