(I'm not much of a computer expert but I do need help with this)

I am having trouble with my game Oblivion, I'm not sure about what my laptop has but I'm copying what it says on this sticker on it if I'm missing anything important tell me so I may find out. I think its not working because its a Windows Vista Basic but I'm starting to doubt it

Acer laptop
Aspire 3690-2846
Intel Celeron M processor 520 (1.6 GHz, 533 MHs FS8, 1 MB L2 cache)
15.4" WXGA acer CrystalBrite LCD (16ms)
Intel Graphic Media Accelerator 950
120GB HDD
DVD SuperMulti double layer
1GB DDR2
802.11b/g wireless LAN

I've tried to install and reinstall as well as restart the laptop but it keeps saying that there is a problem and its closing the game to find the problem but nothing ever comes up

You might want to try running in As Administrator by clicking on the shortcut and clicking run as Administrator. Or you could also try running it under XP mode by clicking on a shortcut then the compatibility tab then click run under XP SP2 or something similar. Hope this Helps
