Keyboard faillure

My pc crashed and i was able to boot after that.
Then i get the message
Keyboard Failure, and go's to the inlog screen, and indeed it does not work.

i only got USB ports not PS2. so its a USB keyboard.

I searched on this forum and found a solution that at the first screen you go to the boot uptions, you need to put back your USB ports on, his keyboard worked there.

And my problem is. i dont get there cous the keyboard wont work there either.

So how can i get there to put my USB ports on.
Or is it something else?, and what then
