When I print from IE7 on Vista the page that comes out only contains a header
and a footer. In the footer there is reference to
"file://C:/temp\Low/<randomString>.htm" which I guess is some sort of temp
file that it creates. The same page is seen even when I do a print preview.

However, this only happens when I am logged in as a standard user. If I log
in as administrator and print, everything is fine.

The printers in question are a Canon GP405 and a HP LaserJet 4700n (both
PCL5 and PCL6 drivers tested)

Saw a previous post that says to change the permissions for C:\Temp to full
control for all 'authenticated users'. It seems to work great.

Cheers

I just got off of the phone with IE Tech Support, after downloading
Windows 7 I had this same problem. What she told me to do is to right
click internet explorer, and click, "Run as Administrator". Then type
this website into the URL: go.microsoft.com/?linkid=9657448
This is the Microsoft Fix It Program, which will repair all DLL files
that are corrupted. This will repair all files that have been corrupted
by another 3rd Party Software.

It also wouldn't help to go to your: C:\Users\Your
Username\AppData\Local\Temp folder and create an empty folder named
"Low" since it probably doesn't already exist. Please email me with any
further questions.

Best of Luck,
