Help!

IE7.0-Cannot email a webpage

I have Windows Vista Ultimate. In IE7.0, I often like to forward items of interest to others. But when I go to 'File' / 'Send'.... the first 2 options, "page to email" and "link to email" are grayed out. The 3rd option, "shortcut to desktop" is not grayed out.

How can I make the first two options accessible? My default email client is Windows Mail.
