Need more information.
Is this a newly installed printer? Has it worked before and has suddenly
stopped? Have you tried removing the printer and re-installing the
driver? Are you using the Vista driver? Have you tried a different USB
port? Have you tried the printer on a different PC? Have you tried a
different USB cable?
