Helppppp....easy transfer error

i've tried everything and still no luck. i'm trying to transfer my files
from my old computer to my new computer but when i go to choose what files i
want to transfer my old computer (WET) gives me an error and says that it
needs to close.
i just don't know what else to do or what the problem is.
can someone please help.
