With XP I can group by name and sort by name, which grouped files/folders
into individual groups beginning with A..B..C etc, since moving to Vista it
is now grouping A-H I-P and Q-Z. WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD IT DO THIS BY
DEFAULT? I've got over 2000 files and folders in a folder and half of them
are all grouped together.

Is there a way to change this to group by individual letters rather than the
range? PLEASE!

It wouldn't be so bad if when I sort by name it put them all in order by
name, but it puts the folders in order, then under them it puts the files in
order.

It wouldn't be so bad if when sorted my name it put them all files and
folders in the same order, but it groups the folders and files seperate. The
folders in order by name, then under that it puts the files in order.
