Found a infected file threat.

Hello, I just used Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool and I got a infected file.

The file is in my C:\Documents and settings\(my name)\AppData\Local\Application Data\ then it keeps looping Application data even though thats a junction on Vista that I cannot access. At the end it finds the file nps4D3C.tmp.
Any way I can find this file and delete it?
