I've been having the same problem with my hp 7310. Tried HP's tech
support, but did not have an answer for me. Can you please let me know
what the fix is for this problem?

Alan, I also have a 7310, and i just got a new laptop that runs vista...
the 7310 works fine with our other computers that run on XP, but not
when I print from the new computer with Vista. Could you also send me
the fix? Thanks. I have tried to click on the link that you have
posted, but it keeps coming up as a dead link...

I have the same problem with a HP photosmart 8250 with duplex-module installed.
Is there a fix or a workaround to solve this problem?
The new driver from HP, d.d. 29-03-2007, Vista Ultimete 64b did not fixed
this problem.

Does anyone yet have a solution to this problem? I have an AIO 6110 and its also printing the back page incorrectly.
I am running Vista Home Premium.
Also, there seems to be an update from Microsoft which is supposed to be a driver released in January 2007. However, it doesn't install. Instead, there is an error failure.
There is nothing on HP's site and I've trolled all corners of the net to no avail.
So, does anyone have any idea how to obtain this new driver that supposedly fixes this problem with printers which have this duplex unit installed?

Hi Alan, I also have the same problem (unable to select any form of
duplexing) with Vista and my HP 5650 that works fine with XP PRO SP2. Could
you also send me the fix? Thanks in advance.

This problem may be slightly different. I have an OfficeJet 7410.
Automatic duplexing does not work. The driver attempts to force me
into manual duplexing -- reinsert the printed page printed side up.
This will work fine if you have a one page document AND you are able to
insert it before the next page is pulled from the tray.
Thanks,
William Jackson

Alan
Sorry I tried but failed to discover how to send to you personally,
despite noting to remove the "online" from your name. (Actualy, I never
found your name - I am new to forums in general despite my surfeit of
years and am feeling my way around.) Nonetheless, I would be very
grateful if you could expedite a fix for the duplex printing problem on
a photosmart 3210.
