Hi,

I can't delete the windows.old directory. Any ideas on how i can delete this
directory? Thanks in Advance?

Hello,

- Click start
- Type: cleanmgr
- Press enter
- Select files from all users on this computer

You should be able to remove windows.old using this utility.

its simple...acessories>system tools>disc cleanup....scan the system
drive using it...and delete old windows file...worked in x32....

You Can Just use this method

Hold Left shift, Right Click the Windows.old Hit Delete, OK to confirm.

This will Delete the Hefty 30GB File within a couple of minuites Smile
