Only 30mb/s on SATA II HDD

Ok what the heck is going on? When i copy files to and from my HDD's i
see in the progress popup that i am only getting 25-30mb/sec for speeds.


Am i misunderstanding something here?

Intel core 2 duo 2.13ghz, 2gb ram, vista 32, 450GB SATAII, ECS
motherboard.

Hi,

What speed were you expecting? Why? Remember that read/write operations are
not the only thing being done by your system during file copy ops.
