am not able to install panda antivirus platinum 7.0 on my system ( xp os )

the following error is displayed

component: NT
Group files: residenteficherosNTWinSys
File: C:\WINDOWS\system32\PAV\
Error: Access denied

can any one help me to fix this problem

I had similar problem with panda, try download new build from panda's website:
http://www.pandasoftware.com/
