spyware - help 5

On my work computer I have this log file from doing Malwarebytes. I can not seem to get rid of the spyware that is on my sytem making it very slow at times, especially startup. When looking at the process of CPU I sometimes am running at 100% when I barely have anything on. I have Hijack This, Malwarebytes, Glary's Utilities, CCleaner and Trend but nothing is getting rid of the spyware. I think I got it from a downloaded background image website? Help!
