cannot get new registration number from avast!

I am trying to renew my free avast! registration. I fill in all the blanks, but I have not received a new registration number. I even deleted avast! and downloaded it anew from the web. Still no response to the registration number. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Hi. I've been using Avast on several computers for a number of years with no problems and when recently installing it on a new computer..experienced the same problem. It turned out the reply was ending up in my "spam" folder.. The reply comes fairly quick so...you may have received it but it was misfiled by your ISP mail server or your own settings. heck out your spam. Good Luck!
