nother hijacked google in firefox and IE

i got it too. search results in google show up fine but links lead to random(?) websites. it happens in firefox and internet explorer. i ran hijackthis and got the following...

any kind of help is greatly appreciated... also, i downloaded malwarebytes and tried to install it but when i open the .exe file, nothing happens or it opens, prompts me to "run" or "cancel" - i hit "run" and nothing happens. thanks again in advance!
