My mother-in-law's computer gets used by various people and has got a bit infected. I've run ad-aware and cleaned a bunch but i know there's more left. Panda scan showed there to be more. here's the log... perhaps you can help me fix it up?

i CAN'T POST THE log because it gets flagged as inappropriate. what can i do about that?
