Can I delete these "problems" from Spybot - Search & Destr..

I had some scareware that I eventually got rid of with Avira/Antivir,
but now these come up in spybot. I just wanted to make sure they are
safe to toss because especially the last two refer to the Control
Panel...don't want to mess anything up! thank you

With a high degree of certainty, these are residuals from the rogue
malware "Antivirus 2009".

You may even wish to run the freeware versions of MBAM & SAS for
additional system confidence.
