OK I know this is nothing to do with viruses, but this is one of the few
groups that have people who are able to answer Spybot queries.

I have two questions after just running Spybot.

1. An alert says Windows Registry Synchronisation Manager Startup
file does not exist mobsync.exe

but a file search tells me that mobsync.exe is in sys32/dllcache

What is this message telling me? What should i do?

2. I have several alerts about "wrong App Path" an e.g. is

Windows Registry pbrush.exe
systemroot\system32\mspaint.exe

Again - what is this telling me, what should I do about it?

Cheers

In the case of pbrush.exe and mspaint.exe it is a legitimate
entry so that when pbrush is invoked (legacy graphics
program) mspaint is substituted (new graphics program).
