I'm not really that familiar with Spy Sweeper but if there used to be a option on the context menu then a reinstall of Spy Sweeper might help.

hello, need some help with my SPy sweeper, need to know if there is a way to restore deleted stuff, see i ran the scan BUT after wards instead of Quaranting the stuff,, i deleted it all, which in return something on another person;s account on this laptop totally lost EVERYTHING, i need help PLEASE like ASAP

Spy Sweeper wouldn't delete something unless there was a reason.
What was lost?
Have you tried a file recovery program? |
