I have been using 2000 Prof with Win98 and now upgraded to Win 2000. From
Norton's page I see that SW2000 only runs on 98 and 95, and if I try to
upgrade, it won't accept 2000.
Any way to upgrade and get $ credit online? Or, if I buy in the store, and
mail in proof, would they give it to me by mail?
Thanks. |

The main install program for NSW-2002 will not install NAV on
NT4-server. There is an NT directory in the NAV directory on the cd,
and it will install NAV just fine.
I suggest you explore your CD and look for an NT directory and see if
there's an install.exe there and try it. |

Thanks, VG. Are you saying I should install SW2000 on my Win2000? Sounds
like a good idea to --- all I really want is to subscribe the annual virus
serv again.

You don't need to install System Works if all you want is NAV. What
I'm saying is that usually NAV will be in it's own directory on a SW
CD, so have a look there for setup.exe.
What is your recent experience with installing SW2000 and having it
update itself with current virus definition files? When was the last
time you did that? |

Like Don McLean said, "a long, long time ago." |
