Trend Micro problems

I have Trend Micro IS 2006.
i was installing the lastest build on avant browser and when it re-opened my anti-virus came up and asked me if i wanted to allow the connection or deny the connection. I was distracted at the time, clicked deny and now i cannot use the browser.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, installing an earlier build, but i cannot get avant to work.
Can someone please tell me the steps for turning this around so i can use avant again.

I can't give you specific details as i've never used the software but you should look in the firewall options and change the application rules.
