Tough spyware, Hijackthis log

A coworker decided to watch a xxxx movie and downloaded the "Active X content" in order to watch the movie. It downloaded a Trojan and let in a whole bunch of spyware and malware. I have been able to remove all except one. The one that is still running changes the desktop background into a screen saying: "Warning: Spyware threat has been detected on your PC." I am going to list what I have installed and run. I will also be posting up a hijack this log today. Any help will be great, otherwise I will reformat the drive and have to reinstall everything which is about 5-6 hours of work.

Here is the list of the programs and scans I have run so far:
AVG Anti-Rootkit Free (didn't find anything) ran 1X
AdAware 2007 (found multiple files and removed them all) ran 2X
McAfee Virus scan (didn't find any files)ran 2X
