I am using the free SpywareDoctor from Google. Apart from some nagging when I pull it up by double-clicking on the icon in the System Tray, it is entirely satisfactory. It doesn't automatically delete spyware; you must pull it up and tell it to, as well as doing a 'smart update' when it is done.
In reference to getting this item only or the whole Google Pack, you can always click on the Google Updater icon and uninstall what you don't want, as well as install items you had not previously installed.
