Recycler etc...

Hello guys!
Are these hidden files malware? What I mean is the Recycler and
Systems volume...
How is it related to the well known RECYCLER that is often recognized
by the AV software..
I had tried scanning these files with Kaspersky , etc with no
positive result...
how come its difficult to delete often, I use the tool UNLOCKER to
remove it, but it keeps on returning...
Can somebody tell me what is it?

RECYCLER is spelled wrong in the malware.
'System Volume Information' holds the system restore cache where malware can be cached
along legitimate files.
