| ok here is the problem, i had a Infostealer and i scanned that was foudn when i scanned with norton, so i tryed to remove it but that failed, in extra detiasl it said the file effected was fiesta.bin (fiesta is a online game) i dont play fiesta anymore so i unnistalled it hoping the Infostealer would go with it, now when i try to remove it still faisl, but when i scan with Spyware Doctor, Ad-ware 2007 or S&D they can not find the Infostealer anymore, my question is am i still infected, is in causing damage? and is a Infostealer realy that bad as norton offerd no further help once it failed to be remove.
P.S. i am scanning with Norton now to see if it can still find it, but this scan takes awhile lol

Hi Syic,
This is Mike from the Norton Authorized Support team responding to your post. Symantec does have a document that explains this infection and the steps you can take to be sure that it is fully removed.
Please look at the following document for information regarding the "Infostealer.gamepass" infection, and then click on the "Removal" tab for instructions on how to make sure that the infection is fully removed.
Infostealer.Gamepass Information and removal instructions
Can you please tell me wheat Norton product and version you are using?
Make sure that you run LiveUpdate to ensure that you have the latest program and definition files installed.
After you have followed the instructions in the document above to remove the "Infostealer.gamepass" infection, and you have run the LiveUpdate module, please perform and Full Scan to make sure that there are no other infections on your system.
Thank you,
Mike
